FAQS

I'm currently under the age restriction - can I still book now?

As long as you meet the age restriction at the start of your trip then you're fine to book in advance.

Does All Roads Travel offer payment plans?

Yes! With our flexible payment plans, you can lock in your spot with a simple deposit and pay the balance in monthly installments leading up to your trip.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit providers, including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX. With our payment plan option, you can secure your group reservation with a small deposit and pay the rest monthly.

Are the prices per person or per package?

Packages are priced per person. The total cost at checkout will be split evenly across everyone in the group. The cost of your trip is based on the room type you select and the number of people in the room/reservation.  This means that you'll be able to take advantage of the best deals by making sure that your total travelers match the full occupancy of the room you are choosing!

What is a Party Pass?

A Party Pass gives you access to specific events during an experience - like pool parties, club nights and live performances - but it doesn’t include accommodation. Party Passes are ideal if you're local to an experience or want to find your own accommodations.

Are deposits refundable?

Your deposit reserves your spot on the trip and is non-refundable.

Are All Roads Travel trips safe?

Absolutely! We have an exceptional safety record and take a number of precautions, including working with reputable handpicked partners, and providing our travelers with real-time SMS and email alerts, and more. At both US and international spring break trips, we have a risk mitigation team onsite who focus on emergency planning and escalation.

With any location, we advise that you keep your belongings safe at all times, avoid provoking strangers, and always show respect to vendor officials and locals. We also recommend traveling in groups to and from events, especially after dark.

What fees should I know about?

Airfare fees: We will be offering limited flights at a later date and at that point work with you to book your flight. International travelers will be charged U.S. and foreign departure taxes and processing fees in addition to your package price. These taxes and fees vary depending on your departure city and destination, and may change according to foreign government regulations. When you book your trip, all taxes and fees will be processed and included in your final price.

Change fees: Fees will be applied for the following situations: name changes, hotel changes, and destination changes. These additional fees will appear on your final price after the change has been made. Adding your friends to an existing reservation is NOT considered a change.

Cancellation fees: If your package is paid in full and includes the Comprehensive Travel Insurance, you may be entitled to a refund through the insurance company. Please contact us at info@allroadstravel.com with any cancellation requests or questions.

Resort fees:

Resort fees are a daily mandatory additional charge that the hotel property charges outside of the initial booking cost. These fees are under the discretion of the hotel and will need to be paid by each traveler.

Do I have to pay all at once for my trip?

If you are booking your trip well in advance of the departure date, you only need to pay the deposit upon first booking, and then the rest of the balance will be split up into a payment plan with a confirmed balance due date. If you are booking 45 days or less before the trip departure date, you will need to pay the full amount of the trip up front.

Should I get travel insurance?

Yes! As well as providing financial protection in case things go wrong during your trip, travel insurance will also mean that you have cancellation cover if you can’t go for certain reasons. We recommend purchasing at the time of booking or through our referral link with Travel Insured International (you may also purchase insurance from other providers and provide this evidence to us). Travel insurance policies can be very complex, so we’d recommend that you do your research and carefully read policy documents to determine what is and isn’t included.

Does Pollen offer travel insurance?

Yes, we have partnered with Travel Insured International (TII) to bring you a premium travel insurance offering. TII is offering our customers a competitive market rate and generous refund policies. If you wish to cancel your trip for personal reasons, you can claim a 75% refund* 48 hours prior to departure through TII’s Cancel-For-Any-Reason (CFAR) policy. ** Travel insurance is now required on all experiences sold through Pollen. If you’d like to purchase travel insurance elsewhere, please ensure the policy includes CFAR where available. ** New York residents who purchased insurance through Pollen are also covered by Pollen’s Cancellation Refund Extension. You can cancel for any reason and claim a 75% refund up to 45 days before departure. * Subject to terms and conditions

Are security deposits resort and parking fees and incidentals included?

Hotels routinely ask for a credit card to be placed on hold for INCIDENTALS or a SECURITY DEPOSIT. As long as there are no issues with the hotel room (no damage and no outstanding room service balances), you should receive the deposit back.

RESORT FEES or hotel PARKING FEES are NOT included in your trip pricing. We cannot collect this fee on behalf of the hotel due to the fact these fees often change and are out of our control. Therefore, you will be responsible for paying resort fees and/or parking fees with the hotel directly, upon arrival.

If you have any questions regarding incidentals and resort fees, please contact the hotel directly.

Can I transfer my trip to someone else?

Be advised: Changing your name/contact information on your account is not considered or recognized a transferred order by All Roads Travel. Changing your contact information may result in the new person not being able to depart on the flight or check in for the trip with us.

In most cases, yes, you may transfer your reservation to someone else, free of charge, if they have not yet placed an initial deposit. Your order will also need to be paid in full.

If flights have already been purchased and the order is still transferable, you may be assessed an additional fee from the airline or not be able to transfer your booking to someone else. All name change requests will need to be submitted in writing to contact@campus vacations.com.

Passengers are responsible for any changes in taxes and fees. Tours may also include a processing fee that varies by destination. When you price your trip, all airport fees and processing fees will be included in your final price.

Change Fees:

Changes are no problem as long as our suppliers can accommodate the request. We can’t make any guarantees, but we do promise to make every effort on your behalf. There is a per person fee for changing a reservation in any way once All Roads Travel has received your deposit. Adding customers to an existing reservation is NOT considered a change. These additional fees will appear on your final price after the change has been made.

Cancellation Fees:

Once your deposit is received, all cancellations must be written and sent to our office via email. There is a cancellation fee that will be assessed to your account based on time of cancellation. If your package is paid in full and includes the Comprehensive Travel Insurance, you may be entitled to a refund through the insurance company. Please contact our Customer Service department at info@allroadstravel.com with any cancellation requests or questions.
